I'm trying to figure out what the three switch looking things are that's labeled c2280 a.

Hi,
There should be a total of 6 connectors with the c2280 followed by a letter. If you look at the last pic below, it shows the smart junction box. I highlighted what I believe you are referring to. Those are circuit connectors to the SJB. Each pin in the connector completes a circuit for a different component.
If you look at pics 1-6, they show each C2280 connector and identify what each pin is used for.
