Recently one of the cables broke on the drivers side sliding door. I cut the excess cable off that was hanging outside the van.
Neither door will open manually. With the door switch turned off on the dash, using the open manual option, neither sliding door will open more than 1/2 an inch. When the power is on the passanger door works fine. The drivers side gears will work when i pull the handle but will not open because the cable is broken. I need to be able to open these doors manually but can't figure out why they wont.
