Unfortunately we don't have a diagram of the system like this that would assist in an issue like this. What I would suggest with that amount of fuel is lay on the ground next to the vehicle, not under it and have someone turn the key to the on position. You should see the general area that the fuel is coming from. Then after the fuel is not spraying or dripping any longer, start looking closer in that area. Clearly you don't want the fuel to spray on you so just wait until you can safely look closer. Then see if you can find the component.

The fact that the fuel filter was just changed, I suspect one of the lines on the filter is not fully hooked on.

Clearly we don't want to drive this vehicle until this is resolved. Let me know what you find or questions you have. Thanks

Thank you for the reply. The image is helpful how the lines look like. To replace them do I need to lower the fuel tank or can access them through (under) the back seat?

These lines would be accessed from the outside of the vehicle. I don't have specific instructions for this repair but it appears you can just drop the tank at an angle if anything to access them. However, you may not need to do it at all if you can at least feel them, you may be able to get them off with a mirror.

Let me know if you need more help and I will be glad to assist. Thanks
