Parking lights coming on after ignition and lights shut off

Parking lights and dash lights come on after ignition and lights are shut off. The only way to get them off is by turning ignition on and off but after a short while they will come on again. The other way to get them off is to pull the fuse. I have also replaced the headlight switch with a new one because it was showing some irregularities.
