Parking lights out after accidentally grounding out license plate light

I accidentally grounded out the license plate light wire on the bumper and now have no parking lights. I do have brake, turn, hazard, and headlights. Fuses under the hood all look good. Looking for the cause and how to repair myself if possible. Thanks
