Parking lights and tail lights will not turn off

Lights wont shut off, tail lights or parking lots. Disconnected battery and still an issue.

check the auto lamp park relay in smart junction box. it may be sticking and holding them on. see picture. in the future if you pull fuse or relay they should go out. also if it still continues after this have smart junction box checked by a mechanic.
