pacifica front wiper cliking and the cluster blink

FRONT WIPERS DON'T WORK (BUT BACK WIPER WORKS). ALSO IF I PUT THE WIPER IN ON THE LIGHTS ARE ON AND OFF THE DASH. TRUCK ONLY OPENS WHEN THE CAR IS ON H. LIGHTS ALSO WORK WHEN THE KEY IS OFF. I HAVE A MULTIMETER BUT I CHECK FIRST THE BATTERY,ALTENATOR ,ALL FUSES,GRONGS UNDER THE BATTERY TRAY.I SWAP ALL RELAYS AND THE PROBLEM STILL. I DONT BELIEVE THE PROBLEM IS IN THE FUSE BOX ITSELF OR VOLTAGE.THIS PROBLEM CAME AFTER REPLACE THE AIR COMPRESOR/COIL/BLOWER MOTOR, PLEASE HELP THANKS

have a local pro scan for codes see if your tpim module is bad.

if you happened to know anything about eh way Chrysler products are wired the front wiper goes through the tpim module which Is normally called the intergrated power module and the rear wiper motor goes through the body control module. I could have told you to replace the wiper motor as well as multi function switch which if you didn't get it scanned would be a total waste of money on your part. complain to Chrysler on the way their products are wired.
