Code P4120, recently popped up?

I have this code that popped up recently after my car was repossessed and towed. I'm not sure if the problem could possibly be caused by being towed improperly as tow company seemed a little sketchy and their practices a little questionable. I would like to know if it is possible and will need information to add to a claim I'm trying to make against the company as my alignment is way off and I had a wheel alignment a month before it was towed.
I'd appreciate any feedback on this. thank you

Hi,

The small size of the leak makes it difficult to locate. The best thing to do in this situation is to have the EVAP system smoke tested. Basically, smoke is injected into the emissions system. Where the leak is located, the smoke will be seen.

I attached a picture below and circled the canister. It is under the vehicle and requires the rear engine cover and center and the front center floor cover to access. If you remove those things, you could check to see if anything is damaged or disconnected. Often, the canister itself may develop a crack, or one of the vacuum hoses will crack and leak.
