Code P0303, cylinder misfire?

You could have a cracked or defective spark plug. The first thing I would do is change out the spark plug for a new one. Here are instructions in case you need them.

Is there any chance that P0136 and P0138 will lead to P303? As i have P0136 and P0138 still not solved for than 3 months even after changing O2 sensor twice.

These are oxygen sensor codes for the post catalytic converter so I don't think they will affect the p0303 code. I would swap out the spark plug first.

Thanks for your suggestion and I have checked the spark plug which is black color and changed new spark plug in cylinder 3. but today again I face the same problem where engine light was blinking and stopped after 15 seconds which driving upwards on highways, but the check engine light was not recorded. So I am not able to see the code.

If the spark plug has black it sounds like you have a stuck injector. I would do a compression test as well, here are the instructions so you can get the job done.
