Code p0243? turbocharger wastegate solenoid?

Is this a common code that is problematic for these cars and others with 1.4l?

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0243 refers to a problem with the turbocharger wastegate solenoid "A". Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
