I need to change the bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor can you help me?

I need to locate the oxygen sensor 1. If you could show me where both of the upstream sensors are that would be great, that way I know I have the right one. Also, if you could point me in the right direction regarding which brand of oxygen sensor I need for my car specifically, that would be fantastic as well.
