Codes P2195 and P2197

Those codes are for your upstream oxygen sensors stuck lean. Can your scan tool look at live data? If you can, look at the long and short term fuel data on banks 1 and 2. Also look at the the mass air flow data at idle with all loads off example, A/C off, lights off. Post your readings on here to get an idea as to what is going on.

You could have a vacuum leak, faulty mass air flow reading or low fuel pressure. It is very unlikely but plausible to have two upstream sensors stuck lean. Let us know what those readings are to get a an idea as to what is going on and any parts you have already replaced.

Honestly, I'm not too familiar with reading the live data, I'll add pictures to for the complete set. I haven't truly replaced anything except adding transmission fluid that drained out while upside down and the cleaning the upper intake that had oil in it and replacing the air filter.

I converted the mass air flow reading to grams per second and found the reading is 8.2 grams per second which is too high for your vehicle. Normal should be closer to 3 grams per second. I would recommend you start with cleaning the mass air flow sensor to see if we can get that reading down.

Clean it, reset the computer and warm up the engine again and post the trims for bank 1 and mass air flow reading.

Also, just to verify, your engine is a 3.0L?

Yes, I have the 3.0. Cleaned the MAF.
MAF = 6.0479g/s
O2S11 = .040
02S12 = .015

Also, new code of p0113 (intake air temperature sensor 1 circuit high).

Reading is still high and with the new code it appears like the mass air flow sensor is the root cause for the light to come. If you have been driving like that for a while it could cause the oxygen sensors to remain stuck lean which may require you to replace as well if they remain stuck lean.

After replacing the mass air flow sensor, reset the light and recheck oxygen sensors to verify they are switching 0.8 to 0.1 volts (close to it). Also on a side note, buy a quality name brand sensor. Usually the house brand will be calibrated different then from the OEM.

Back to the original two codes.

What about P0113, did that go away. Also did the fuel trim numbers change?

These codes are usually caused by a misfire how does the engine seem to run. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

The engine runs mostly fine, shakes a bit. I've replaced both upstream O2 sensors and b2s1 is still showing a code. Video should be attached.

If the code came back can you load pictures of the freeze frame data of the vehicle speed and long and short term fuel trims to see if this is happening at cruising speed. Also what name brand mass air flow sensor did you install?

How fast should I be going for the cruise? Can do up to about 35.

The data is already stored. Go to freeze frame on your scan tool and take pictures of the vehicle speed, rpm, and fuel trims.

If fuel pressure is okay and you have a new MAF and the engine runs okay you have a bad PCM I would try getting a rebuilt/used one and plug it in to see what happens. Here is the location you might need it to be programmed if you get a used one.
