Hi,
The code is an informational type code that simply means there is an issue with the electronic throttle control system. Were there any other codes in addition to this one? If there are, we need to focus on them first.
If there are no other codes, then we need to start diagnostics which is somewhat extensive.
I attached the diagnostics below starting with pic 2. As mentioned, if there is a different code or codes, let me know.
Read through these and let me know if you are comfortable performing them. Note that the diagnostics ask if other codes are present and include all tests related to the OE throttle control tests.
