Hey IMAN1980,

If you have bought the vehicle from a BMW dealer you should have a used vehicle warranty.

This should cover trouble shooting and diagnosis of of an engine running fault.
It will be easier to get them to look at the problem with a fault code stored.

As always with bad gas mileage concerns i would first check the tire pressures to rule this out as a cause of the fault.

If you now have no fault codes you may be searching for an issue that doesn't exist. It would be wise to first calculate the actual gas mileage you are getting.

To do this completely fill up the tank, reset the trip odometer and drive normally until you have used at least half a tank. Refill the tank fully and note the amount of litres of fuel used and how many kms you have done on the trip.

You can then calculate the L/100kms and see were you are at.

The dealer may want you to do this anyway to confirm you have a real MPG issue.

Could you please check the short term and long term fuel trims at idle and at 2,500 rpm's with the engine warm please and let us know what you have?

Thanks for quick replying.
I bought car via general dealer without any warranty .
According your instruction I record data’s on 2500 RPM as follow:
SHORTFT: 3.9 / LONGFT: 6.3 / O2 sensor: 0.445 / MAF: 7.67 / TP: 15.7
And for idle data please refer to previous data .
However maybe there is a leak from break system , because when I am using break pedal several times in low RPM the fault is coming again as today which is happen again.
And also when I stop on red light, auto start-stop engine in not easy functional and I should push harder on break pedal to engine be stop! Or I push hard several times on brake pedal then auto start- stop become functional nicely.

Please advise

If you hold the brake pedal down does the idle change?

It sounds like you may have a vacuum leak from the brake booster.
At this point the leak may be quite small.

If you listen underneath the drivers side of the dash can you hear a hissing sound that changes when you press the brake pedal?

You may need to remove the lower dash trim to hear the noise.

Thanks for advise when pushing brake pedal I hear hissing . I do not know it’s normal or not.
And regarding data in Idle condition and when pushing brake pedal are as follow :
Idle : / Pushing brake pedal :
SHORTFT 0.6 / 14.0
RPM. 680 / 760
MAF. 2.8 / 2.2
TP. 12.9 / 12.5
O2. 0.715 / 0.415

Also when auto start-stop is activated by pressing brake pedal after few min engine be start , however I did not change brake lever . I guess system has a leakage but I do not have any idea where is most chance for leaking.

When you hold the pedal down do you get the hissing noise or just as the pedal is moving?

If when you hold the pedal down you hear a hissing noise it is more than likely that you have a leaking brake booster.
