This vehicle was driven over a short distance and drove back and it off. An attempt was made to crank it, but it didn't crank but hearing a sound of clicking relay as if there was an open circuit on the starter line. How do I troubleshoot this problem?

Hello,

P1A10 means that the hybrid battery state of charge is below 300V.
To charge the hybrid battery pack you can use the vehicle's internal charger.
Ensure that the normal 12V is fully charged and then press the hybrid battery pack charging button, located either on the left of the dash panel or behind the kick panel to the left of the pedal assembly.

A good video:

hope this helps.

Hello,

Once pressed, the light on the charging button will light up and stay lit for about 8 minutes, the light will flash rapidly once the hybrid battery pack is fully charged.

Please ensure that the 12V battery is fully charged for this process to work.

Hello,

That's how it should work.
You might have to repeat the process a few times depending on how discharge the hybrid battery pack is.

As mentioned before please ensure that the12V battery is fully charged.
