Unfortunately the vehicle manufacturer does not provide this information in either of the two reference guides that we work with. However, I can offer you the diagnostic troubleshooting guide from the vehicle manufacturer for Direct Trouble Code [DTC] P1899, which I have included in the diagrams down below. Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out.
