Code P1166 and misfire on cylinders five and six

I attached the test that we need to run through for this code but given you have misfires on two cylinders, I would bet we have injector issues.

I attached the testing below so let's at least run through the system inspection items and go from there but again, I am thinking injector issues so you may want to swap those injectors with the cylinders that are not missing and see if the misfires move.
