P1092 & P1093

HI,
I have these 2 codes simultaneously, which doesn't make sense at all, to be rich and lean at the same time.
I've cleaned the MAF, and tested it voltmeter and scan tool as well.
Volt increases with speed,
I've checked the power to MAF, 12v is there
and here's the freeze frame below.
And guidance will be much appreciated.
