P0756 Shift Solenoid Valve B stuck off?

I am experiencing rough shifting, jerks and delayed shifting. Sometimes the D light is blinking on cold start. I had my car scanned and it returned P0700 code and P0756 code.

P.S. Got my transmission fluid changed then the problem started. Used Honda ATF DW-1

You need to replace the Automatic Transmission Control Solenoids. Here is the location and how to change it out in the images below. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Here is the image of the error via scan. Thanks for your help! I'll visit a local mechanic to replace the Shift Solenoid Valve B inside the transmission.
