p0740 code

I have a p0740 code changed trans with used one with around 30000 less miles replaced tcc solonoid and on off solinoid allso new not rebuilt torque converter engine light came back on same code have checked all wiring everything checks ok any suggestions I have spent too much money to stop now

check for bent connection pins or chafed wires at trans try putting dielectric grease on connection. If tcm is known good then look at tip in pic may be an ignition switch. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
