Code P0732, error in second gear?

This vehicle started this problem few months ago, when i am driving at speed way, it accelerates fine even at wide open throttle, it will run like bullet. Until one day i travel at distance of 65km and on the way coming back approaching a hill when Honda crosstour overtake me on the hill, i pressed the gas pedal all way down to downshift, it began to judder and bug down and illuminated check engine light with this code. I reset it and it clear and accelerate fine but hence you kick down, the code will reappear back and the vehicle will become sluggish but hence you reset,it will accelerate fine, i have check the live streaming of input and output rpm to see if they match, i attached the screenshot of the livestream.

It looks like the input shaft sensor is not working correctly. I would replace it and then clear the codes.

P0732 - Gear 2 Incorrect Ratio

Here is the location of the sensor. Also, I would check the transmission fluid level and condition and service it if the fluid is dark or smells burnt. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

I drove the vehicle again today, and it did the same. I diagnosed and pick P0720: Output speed sensor. Then I loosened it and saw lots of metal debris deposited on the signal point, I replaced it and drove it and it accelerated fine. While climbing the hill with Air condition on, it fly like jet. When I applied emergency braking it returns to 1st gear smoothly unlike before, then when I accelerate it again it hesitates slightly and picks up immediately. So, I will check the input sensor tomorrow for metal debris and clean it maybe it was the cause of slight hesitation. After the test-drive, there was no code stored on the TCM, I attached screenshot of diagnosis before loosening the output speed sensor.

Finally I loosen the input speed sensor, and I check the signal point, the tip was as if the clutch drum signal hub hit it, I put my hand on the sensor thread point and inspect, I didn't see any sign of protruded plate to cause it. I installed it back and decide to replace it any time I go to market, because that Mark may make the sensor to give biased signal to TCM.
