Codes P0717 and P0301, how to fix it?

My car has a P0717 and a P0301 code. I replaced the TCM valve body and the output speed sensor. I'm still getting the p0717 code and the car shifts fine up to 3rd gear but will not go past that. Just revs very high to build speed. Close to 5 rpms at around 80 mph. Please help!

Unfortunately, I replaced the output revolution sensor in the diagram and the TCM module which has the input turbine speed sensor on it. I still have the same issue. Any other suggestions?

Does the transmission fluid seem burnt and does the transmission slip? this can cause this code as well.
