Got p0715 code for main shift sensor. I bought it new. Installed it it's the same. I accelerate the RPMs to 4,000 RPMs. When it reaches 4,000 RPMs doesn't want to go i let the gas go to lower RPMs, try to accelerate again and seems like it's not going into gear and I don't feel shift change. I also replaced transmission fluid with OEM Honda dealer.

Yep, the countershaft speed sensor has gone out. here is the location so you can change it out which should fix the problem, make sure to clear the codes once the repairs are completed.

A P0715 code on a 1996 Honda Accord indicates an issue with the Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit.

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

shouldn't it throw a different code for the countershaft sensor since it's the output?

I am not sure what you are saying? The countershaft sensor is not the output shaft sensor. The output shaft sensor is located here. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
