So I'm having problem waiting My vehicle Going into limp mode After About Five to ten minutes of driving And I get the main code Is p06de. I know this code signifies the oil control circuit stuck on and I have read that it has to do with the oil flow control solenoid. I replaced that solenoid and it solved the problem for a few days and then the code came back again and it continues to come back Repeatedly Now I made the mistake of replacing it with an aftermarket one as opposed to OEM. I have also since purchased a replacement oil pump but I have not installed it yet I did purchase OEM on that but I do know or from what I have researched replacing the oil pump on these can be quite the job do you recommend I purchase an OEM solenoid before replacing the oil pump? Now on a second note a new code I am getting is a p06db which is related to the oil control circuit low voltage I believe I did a battery and alternator test and the battery came back good but the alternator is overcharging could that be the problem with The two codes I am receiving on the oil control circuit?
