Okay I got this code to p0652 system voltage load code on the Chrysler 300 a month before it actually stopped turning on and the windows don't go down the the flashlight for links it doesn't start at all it won't start neutral nothing and then I went and did the ignition change cuz we believed that it was that and we changed a couple things with the t i m p or whatever that fuse boxes we change that cuz they said they thought it was that but what typically would be that code what I have a parasitic drain I have to because the battery just way too quick so what would be causing the system for a parasiticians look bad I'm lost I don't know where else to go but there's got to be electrical I don't understand what the problem is but I used to be able to wiggle the dashboard and it would turn on and then off and even turn on the key I can't even get a diagnosis on it now can I get a diagnosis somewhere a big scan even with the diagnosis Port not working the horn doesn't work so I'm all lost I was thinking now it says when I turned it on again cuz I changed the dashboard after I change the dashboard now it comes on it says wrong key okay so I'm thinking okay maybe I just need to read it you know program it but I don't think so because I don't know I just cuz I changed a few things so I need help I'm lost
