I have the car listed above it is the XRS model. Recently code P0500 came up. the speedometer works fine without issue. This is the only code the car gives. I tried changing the vehicle speed sensor in both the positions above the transmission, and the engine code would pop up within seconds once I put my foot to the gas. It would never turn on during idle, just when the wheel would turn. Any ideas how to fix this code? It has had me stumped so far.
