i have replaced both PCM valve and oxygen sensor, but the code won't clear.

Hi,
When you say PCM valve, I suspect you mean PCV Valve?
I attached the diag for these codes. I don't think they are related but they could be so I would start with the the P0135. If that is fixed and it doesn't fix the other then move onto that one.
Let me know what you find and we can go from there.
