P0481 code Fan 2 control circuit?

the car starts to overheat when idling at a stop light, it'll lower if i turn on the cabin heater. the code Fan 2 control circuit. is there a schematic available, and can i force check the fan itself with a B+ jumper anywhere in the circuit, or is it a 6v for the lower speed?

Most of the time these cars have a fan control module that goes out, also I would but 12 volts to the fan and make sure it works well, if the cooling fan is going out it will pull too many amps which will cause the module to go out as well. Here is the wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Here is the location of the module as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
