Code P0443?

Replaced purge valve, service engine soon light comes back on. Had PCM serviced, still same problem. Need Wiring diagram to check for shorts, also vehicle has a hard time starting, but if you turn the key on and wait a minute or so, it will start. Already replaced fuel pump. The truck listed above is a Harley Davidson edition with the supercharger on it.

Hi,

I attached the diagnostics below specific to the code. Pics 1 - 7 contain the directions. The remaining pics show the connector and wiring schematics for the powertrain control circuits. I highlighted the wiring for the purge valve. However, when I highlight the power wire, it covers other things as well, so take your time when going through them.
