I have an issue with the vehicle not starting and getting a P0340 code for a camshaft sensor. I have replaced that fule pump the camshaft sensor and the PCM. The PCM is a junk yark park. The engine has no problem turning over it just won't fire up. Any ideas?

Has the PCM been reprogrammed to match the vehicle? They are not a plug and play part. Were all of these parts replaced at the same time or was it replace the fuel pump, then get the code and replace the cam sensor then when it still had the code the ECM was replaced?
P0340 is a circuit code, it means the signal from the sensor isn't getting to the ECM. That could be from a bad sensor but more common is a bad connection or break in the wiring from the sensor to the ECM. There is also a difference in the parts in the system on those cars. Things changed at VIN 386333 so a number lower than that is different than one above it, the same applies to the ECM. The information doesn't say what the change was but it is highlighted in the service information.
As for the code I would check the wiring from the sensor to the ECM for corrosion, damage or even a loose connector pin. The wiring and test process and results are attached.

I didn't realize the ECM isn't plug and play at first that might be the issue then. I did just check the continuity of the wires to the sensor and they seem to be find. As far as I can tell there is no corrosion on the pins or wires and the pins don't seem loose at all.

That could easily do it. You may be able to plug the old one in if you still have it and see what it does. The other option will be to program it, but that takes a good scan tool.
