Codes P0173, P0170, P0171, and P0174?

I have a vacuum leak! The exhaust system shakes and rattles, but I don't hear anything on the cat! I have checked everywhere hoses, intake manifold, PVC, throttle body and all sensors. Fuel pump and brake booster. The vacuum test reads at 10 I've tested injectors for power and any signs of leaks. Replaced the O-rings, I recently replaced 3 O2 sensors B1-S1 B1-S2 and B2-S2.
I have attached this freeze frame data.

I don't see the freeze frame data, but these codes can be caused by an exhaust leak as well.

If the exhaust system is not leaking and no intake leaks it looks like from these reading the MAF sensor needs to be replaced. I would get a new one and not try to clean the sensor because it is too far gone. Here is the location of the sensor in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. Clear the codes after the repair.
