Codes P0171 and p0172

I have getting bank 1 rich code as well as bank 1 lean sometimes MAF sensor plug is wired in and same with one or 2 injectors does have a slight rough idle fuel trim is +18 when cold and -25 when the car is warmed up any ideas on if it's the MAF and injectors or something else?

Hello,

There are a few different reasons why you will get the rich/lean codes.
It could be due to the MAF sensor, fuel pressure regulator, it can even be due to a cracked EVAP canister.

I have attached the trouble shooting guide for the Codes P0171 and P0172 below.
Go through those steps, as it can help you determine the issue.
