p0108 code will start perfect?

2000 CHEVROLET SILVERADO
376,000 MILES • 5.3L • V8 • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

If codes are cleared, truck will start perfect.. Idle for maybe 30-45 seconds then cole out.. I replaced the maf, map, map pigtail, intake manifold gaskets, and tps... Still same issue...

Hello,

Okay I have seen the exhaust system plugged up and cause this code, I would remove the bolts from the head pipe to allow the exhaust to escape.

P0108 - Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit High Input

Did it have this code before installing the new MAP sensor or did it happen after? If it was after you have a defective sensor and I would get another one. If it was before lets check the wiring, here is a guide to help with the wiring diagrams below to help with the test.

5v good, ground good, signal .3 ohms...

Yep, I would get another sensor, it can be failing when in operation.
