Codes P0106 and p0303

Cleared all codes and couldn't create code p0106, but still felt the miss. brought car used and dawned on me spark plugs or filter hasn't been changed could that create those codes.

Hello,

Direct Trouble Code (DTC) P0106 is set for Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor(MAP) performance and DTC P0303 is set for a misfire in cylinder #3. I have included in the diagrams down below the factory diagnostic troubleshooting guide for both of these DTC's for your vehicle. Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Figured since car didn't have a tune up since I had it changed air filter and spark plugs all lights went out and codes disappeared. car runs without the miss thanks a lot for information.
