Code P0013 B camshaft positioning actuator circuit/ open bank 1

I recently had my motor swapped out since the old one overheated and blew the head gaskets. when the mechanic swapped it i got my car back with a p0013. I tried swapping out the rear camshaft positioning sensor but nothing. What else could be triggering this??

This could be a number of things but if you swapped out the sensor then the most likely cause is a wiring or terminal pin fitment issue.
