Scanner sat bank 2 sensor 1 no data retrieved?

Drive cycle won't complete. I have replaced the battery and driven 150 miles. I drove the car like Toyota drive cycle says but o2 sensors say incomplete. All other monitors say complete. Scanner says bank 2 sensor 1 no data retrieved. The other 3 sensors have data on the scanner.
