Oxygen sensor location

My vehicle needs to have an oxygen sensor replaced. The code is P0038 HO2S Heater Control Circuit. High Bank 1 Sensor 2. My question is, which side is bank 1 as sensor 2 would be the one behind the catalytic converter? Left side being drivers side.

Yes, you are correct. Bank 1 sensor 2 is driver side after the catalytic converter. Here is a tutorial showing replacement if you are a do-it-yourselfer:
