Code P0420, where is the Oxygen sensor located?

P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
These drawings show the locations of the two oxygen sensors for the 2.2L engine.
Be aware to set fault code P420 requires two properly working sensors. They're just messengers. You won't fix anything by replacing them. If I can help you further, please let me know, and provide some details or observations, or let me know if you solve the problem. Most likely the catalytic converter will need to be replaced.
