Still having issues with this stupid car, getting codes 0016 before the test even starts. I think it is in the reset I have to have done after I replaced the crank and cam sensors. The 0132 is the code I have in question? I am buying an oxygen sensor today, I tried cleaning old no luck! Please tell me if I can use the Bosh or purchase the NGK.

Good morning.

The 16 code is for the crank/cam sensor alignment. If they are not synced together, this code will set.

What it means is the valve timing may be off setting this code. The chain may be worn enough to set this code. You need to have someone check the timing chain to be sure it is not worn out.

132 code Yes, I would use an NGK sensor

P0132
Descriptor
O2 Sensor 1/1 Voltage High
Probable Causes
Oxygen (O2) Sensor
Oxygen Sensor (O2S) Above 3.7 Volts
Oxygen Sensor (O2S) Return Circuit Open
Oxygen Sensor (O2S) Signal Open
Oxygen Sensor (O2S) Signal Shorted to Voltage
Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Return Circuit
Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Signal Circuit

I would have someone with a scan tool monitor the voltage at the O2 sensor. It could be a broken wire, bad connection, or PCM failure.

It needs to be checked. You can replace the sensor but that may not fix it as most of the possibilities revolve around wiring issues.
