The oxygen sensor code was P0174, replace sensor with correct OEM sensor?

About 1 1/2 years ago, the check engine light came on. Code read that the heater was open on the oxygen sensor (the one on the front of the engine). I replaced it with a generic sensor that was fine for almost a year. Check engine light came on again, mostly code P2240. Erased code, then was intermittent-no pattern. Occasionally code was P0174. Replace sensor with correct OEM sensor. Was ok for 3 days, then check engine light came on, code P0154. Put generic sensor back in. Back to code P2240. Van starts, runs fine.

So, these codes have to do with the engine mixture, I would replace the MAF sensor and the oxygen sensor after the catalytic converter.

Code P2240: This code indicates an issue with the O2 Sensor Positive Current Control Circuit/Open (Bank 2, Sensor 1).

Code P0174: This code suggests that the engine is running too lean on bank 2.

Code P0154: This code indicates that there is no activity detected from the oxygen sensor on bank 2, sensor 1.
