My thermostat got stuck causing car to overheat. I was preoccupied and did not know, I could not smell it or anything. The car shut off while driving and I tried to restart several times causing misfire of plugs. Which in turn melted the coil on plugs one and four. I replaced the thermostat and coil but something still seems a little off. I can hear it in the tailpipe. Do you think I need to change plugs one and four and the plugs wires? Also, when car quit running upon trying to restart could smell sulfur but now that smell is gone after replacing coil and thermostat. What do you recommend?

Good morning.

The first thing I would do is a compression test to see if there is any engine damage from the extreme overheating.

Yes, I would replace the other coils as well. The module under the coils may have been damaged as well from the excessive heat.
