overheating

when I start it , it leaks antifreeze the hose from the thermostat to the radiator is. soft sound like a little knock hope I can save truck hope nothing 2 major

You can do a lot of damage by just overheating it once. Get the cooling system fixed ASAP and don't drive it in the meantime.
