Hello,

Engine overheating and increased pressure in the cooling system usually point towards leaking cylinder head gaskets

I suggest doing a chemical block test.

How to.

Also see images below

If the liquid of the block tester changes color this will indicate the presence of carbon monoxide in the coolant. This will then point towards leaking cylinder head gaskets or a possible cracked cylinder head. The cylinder heads will need removing and a suitable engineering shop should then check these for possible warped surfaces and do a pressure test to check if any cracks can be found.

Once the engine has been repaired, if required, you should then determine what caused the engine to overheat. Leaks, faulty water pump or thermostat, possible blocked radiator?

Hope this helps.
