Overheating

I am losing coolent someehere. It's not on the ground. Oil looks fine. When the car has been running for awhile we can look under hood and see it spraying. Checked hoses and they look fine. When level gets low the car will start to over heat. When I let off the gas and slow down the temp goes down. Car still has power and runs normal
