installed crated 350 cubic inch engine in my Toyota now it is overheating changed thermostat, water pump, installed external radiator (small like a heater core) to help the radiator, did not work. checked head gaskets okay, no leaks in system. I have installed a 15" electric fan 2450 CFM low voltage 9.5 amps, but I am wondering if the radiator is too small the one that is on there measures core 2" with a 3" tank x18" high, 21" wide, two core, side tank top inlets 1-1/2" bottom 1-3/4". I am thinking maybe the radiator is too small. should I put a bigger radiator with two small electric fans both with 2350 CFM's each?

yes, the radiator is too small. You will need a bigger radiator.

take the temp of the upper part of the radiator and then the lower end. the temp should be almost 1/2 of the upper temp

with the correct size radiator, no. are you running a mechanical fan? If not then just use one.
