I cannot use the air conditioner or heater because the car will start saying it is overheating even when I am parked. If not the air conditioner or heater are on I can drive the car with no problems of it overheating. The hoses do not appear to be torn or ripped, no signs of leaking either.

Hey Eddy

When you turn the air conditioner on does the radiator fan turn on? If the fan is not working the car will automatically say its overheating to save the engine.

Here is an idea on how to replace one if that is the case.

Let me know what you find

Is the radiator filled with coolant? If so it sounds like the logic module is bad and might need to be replaced.
