Overheating

Replaced the thermostat and water pump and the car is still getting hot and overheating. no heat in car when the heater is turned on. what should i check?

Hello,

Do you know if your cooling fans are coming on? You can open the hood and check to see if they come on when the engine is running.
As for not getting heat, you might have a clogged heater core. You can try flushing the system, which can clear out the system.
And if it still does not fix the heater issue then the next step would be change out the heater core.
