Hi,
First, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so I have very little technical information. However, I will try to help.
The idea that the water is boiling at normal operating temp doesn't make sense to me. On most vehicles, the thermostat is fully opened at 195°F, which is below the boiling point. Are you using water or coolant in the vehicle?
Next, if you allow the vehicle to idle, does it overheat, or do you need to be driving it? I'm asking because when moving, there is more airflow which in most cases, allows the coolant temp to lower. Take a look through this link:

Next, are there other symptoms you have noticed such as white smoke from the exhaust, leaks under the hood, or a creamy substance in the motor oil?
