Engine rotates but will not start. Disconnected fuel line with no flow of gas. Need help to isolate being a relay, sensor or pump. Is intermittent. I disconnected the pump and reconnected it and it started working for half a day and then it will not start.

Hello,

Lets start by checking the for power at the pump and then the relay. Here is a guide to help us fix the problem:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-test-light-circuit-tester

Here are the engine and fuel pump wiring diagrams along with the fuse panel and relay locations.

Check out the diagrams (below).

Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Cheers, Ken

Wow guys! You guys rock! I got it figured out. Since it was an intermittent issue, had to wait for it to fail and then I swapped relays with no change. So relays where not the issue and to confirm I checked 12vdc at the pump connector and voltage was there. I reconnect the switch and bang the pump and it started working. Pump was going bad so yesterday I ordered a new one. Today I installed it and turned on like a champ.
I wish you guys would've answered before. The schematics and diagrams would have worked perfectly. But thanks anyway. Best of luck and God bless

Sorry, there was no visual problem. it seems pump was internally giving up. However, tomorrow I will bring it to work and connect it to a DC generator and see if I can identifying the problems. Thanks again.

You are lucky on the pump because you have a service port to get the pump out. Here are diagrams to help you see what you are in for when doing the fuel pump:
