So, I've given up on what's ailing my 93 TBI.
I've decided to upgrade the cam and add a Holley Carb.
My question is, will everything else still work if I add a TPS to the carb for the 4L60E, and keep the MAP sensor for the timing?
I know I'll need to add a fuel regulator and do some plumbing.

Was going to go the Holley Terminator X Max route but their prices have recently gone up on everything and I was going to have to add a Trans controller because of the early 4L60e and at $4,000 without the Cam I'm looking at other options.

I would keep the TBI, it is a better system than a carburetor. Did you test the EGR for an internal leak? Also, I would check the base gasket for the TBI, they had a habit of blowing out and causing a vacuum leak. I would not install anything aftermarket, it costs a bunch and it will not work well and will give you more problems down the road. Also, let's run the codes to see if any are stored.

If you switch to carb the transmission will not work right, and you will have a check engine light on and it will get bad fuel economy as well.
